We have now transitioned to our new online member portal and database powered by ShulCloud. We are excited about the advantages that the easy-to-use ShulCloud will bring to both our congregants and to staff. Benefits include managing your own account online if you choose, connecting with other congregants through the online directory, and registering for events and programs. Below are some Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What about members who do not have email access?
A: They will continue to receive correspondence by regular mail.

Q: What if I do not want to make payments online?
A: You may continue to send in checks or call the office with a credit card or ACH number.

Q: How do I determine what information is shared in the online member directory?
A: Click here (you might need to log in) and select what information you would like to share with other members who are logged in.

Q: What if I never received the email inviting me to create my profile?
A: Please email us at office@sholom.org or call the office at 650-697-2266 (ask for Shelly or Jonathan) and we will send you a new invitation.

Q: ShulCloud doesn’t seem to be working properly on my computer. What do I do?
A: ShulCloud works best on Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers. Please use one of those.

Q: I see something odd in my account balance. Whom do I contact?
