Peninsula Temple Sholom is deeply committed to helping families create powerful summer experiences in Israel and at Jewish summer camp.

Due to the generosity of donors, Peninsula Temple Sholom is able to make an investment in our youth by supporting their ability to attend Reform Jewish summer camps and Israel programs, including NFTY in Israel, Heller EIE High School in Israel, and URJ Camp Newman. We hope that you will see you yourself as an ambassador for the experience when you return to PTS. As you know, stories of camp and Israel experiences create powerful connections within the congregation. Before or after your program, you may be asked to participate in a Shabbat evening service, and may be asked to speak at Shabbat or in the school. Thank you in advance for making this a priority.

Camperships offered by Peninsula Temple Sholom are made possible by the following funds:

PTS Campership/Israel Scholarship Fund
Ida and Sam Levin/Gail Lowenthal Memorial Campership Fund
Applications are due by March 15, 2019.

Because of limited campership and Israel scholarship resources and because we coordinate with community funding partners, PTS cannot accept late applications, with rare exceptions. If you have an unusual circumstance that requires more time, we may be able to grant you an extension, but only if you contact PTS by March 11, 2019.
